Andrea Anders

Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest and is now residing in Los Angeles. She earned a diploma from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. In 1997 she graduated with a bachelor's diploma in fine arts at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She earned her Master of Fine Arts in 2001 from Rutgers University. Between 2006 and the year 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on the set of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, Never Thawed). Anders began working in theatres in the year 2001. She played the role of an understudy for Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof as well as later playing the part of Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. Additionally, she was as a character in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. Anders is also a part of Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody. Anders made her debut in Fat Pig at Geffen Playhouse on May 7, 2007. She played the part of Jeannie who was an accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1st of 2007. Anders first appearance on television was in the Dannon advertisement that ran around the mid-90s. Both shows were cancelled even though she appeared on every episode. Anders was also seen making guest appearances in One Life to Live, Law & Order, The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. The actress was in five episodes on the HBO Drama series Oz as Donna Degenhart in 2003, and made a minor appearance in the 2004 film The Stepford Wives, playing Heather as Heather, and the 2008 movie Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders was on the screen in Numb3rs (2008). Anders was also a part of two unsuccessful TV pilots. Spellbound was one, as was News To Me another. Anders was cast most recently for Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single-camera comedy about a work environment written by Victor Fresco.
